During the reconstruction, the attic is equipped with the Small Hall, the Great Hall with its functional part was repaired, the lobby, the basements, the facade, was made the Great rehearsal hall, which corresponds to the big stage. The building area is 6651 m2 and the volume is 47019 m3.
