Reconstruction works (general and special construction works) were accomplished in the buildings of the State Youth Theater at Arklių Street 5 and Karmelitų Street 2 in Vilnius. Building area is 4636,4 m2 and the total volume is 24224 m3. During the reconstruction, the floor of the building was insulated and an air heating system was installed. Renovated public theater spaces like an auditorium, a ground and second floor lobby, a theater cafe, marble stairs, and stained-glass windows.
