Administrative building under construction at Karaliaus Mindaugo Prospectus 38 in Kaunas under the name "Magnum". General and special construction works are accomplished. The building area is 32 886,34 m2 and the volume is 131685 m3. The building under construction will have two towers which will be triangular volumes with 8 and 12 floors with the first common three floors. A two-storey underground parking lot is planned.
Foundations are bored piles, because of geologically location a force floor was accomplished. Building frame monolithic reinforced concrete columns, monolithic reinforced concrete slabs and composite slab structures. The roof of the third floor will be equipped with a metal frame and roofs made by UAB "Kaminta" metal workshop.
